INVITATION TO BID Project: MATSUNK WATER POLLUTION CONTROL CENTER GARAGE/MAINTENANCE FACILITY: Project generally consists of the demolition of the existing steel siding and steel framing of the existing incinerator building down to the concrete foundation. The project also consists of the removal of all the existing incinerator equipment and additional items as shown on the Contract Drawings. The removal of asbestos from the boiler and existing facility has already been completed under a separate contract with the Owner. A new split-faced block building will then be constructed on the existing concrete foundation as shown on the Contract Drawings. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M, prevailing time, on Thursday, May 27, 2021. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
