NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Springfield School District, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, solicits sealed bids for Plumbing, Electrical, and General Construction Contracts for the following project to be completed during the Fall 2021/Spring 2022: Halderman Field Sealed bids for the projects, addressed to Don Mooney must be clearly marked on the outside with bidderâs name and name of project bid, and are due at the Springfield School Districtâs Administration Building, 200 South Rolling Road, Springfield, PA 19064 by 2:00 pm on September 9, 2021. A link containing PDF bid documents for the project will be available August 16, 2021 at Blackney Hayes Architects, by emailing Kileen Collier at kcollier@blackneyhayes.com. All substitution requests must be submitted to the OwnerArchitect at least ten (10) days prior to receipt of bids via email to djellison@blackneyhayes.com. A Pre-Bid Meeting and Walk Through will be held at 3:00 pm at Halderman Field, 580 W. Springfield Road on August 26, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
