NOTICE ON-CALL SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES NEEDED NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Municipality of Norristown is soliciting proposals for on-call, Contractor-owned, heavy equipment, and operators, to support Municipal snow removal services. The snow removal services by the Contractor are anticipated to include, snow plowing of streets, roads, and highways; and hauling of snow to Municipality designated locations.
