FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP NOTICE TO BIDDERS 2021-2022 SNOW PLOWING AND ROAD DE-ICING SEALED BIDS will be received by Franklin Township, Chester County at the Franklin Township Municipal Building, PO Box 118, 20 Municipal Lane, Kemblesville, PA 19347, until 10 AM prevailing time on October 8, 2021, for the 2021-2022 TOWNSHIP ROAD DE-ICING AND SNOWPLOWING SERVICES. This project includes de-icing and snowplowing of approximately 38 miles of Township roads, as more fully set forth in the bid documents. Bids will be publicly opened and read by Township Staff immediately following the bid opening. The Board of Supervisors will award the contract at their regularly scheduled meeting on October 20, 2021, at 7 p.m. Bid documents can be obtained at the Franklin Township Municipal Building or via Franklin Townshipâs website www.franklintownship.us Bids shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the Township, with a bid surety, as described in the bid documents. The Township reserves the right to waive any non-material defects or irregularities in the bid, to reject any or all bids or portions thereof, or to award the contract which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. Bids received after the submission deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable.
