BID NOTICE The Manager of Rose Valley Borough will receive sealed bids marked âSnowplowingâ? for snowplowing and salting approximately 3.5 miles of Borough streets for the remainder of 2021, and until April 30, 2022. Bids will be received until 12:00 noon on November 10, 2021 at the Borough Office, Old Mill Lane, Box 198, Rose Valley, PA 19065. The bids will be opened during the Council Meeting at 8:00 p.m. that same day. A Bid Bond and Performance Bond will be required. Further information on necessary requirements can be obtained by calling 610-566-2040. The Borough Council reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids. Paula W.
