MOUNT CARMEL MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY WWTP 2021 PAVING PROJECT ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTP 2021 Paving Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Mount Carmel Municipal Authority until 1 p.m. local time on July 13, 2021. All project documents and details are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.net). Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Mount Carmel Municipal Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
