NOTICE Bucks County will receive electronic bid responses until 11:15 AM on May 17, 2021 for: Repair of Dryvit Exterior Insulation Finishing System (EIFS) A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and site visit will be held on April 28, 2021 at 10:00 AM in the lobby of the Bucks County Correctional Facility located at 1730 South Easton Rd, Doylestown PA. Bidders are notified all attendees must submit information for a background check prior to the meeting and must wear face masks and practice social distancing during this meeting. Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of 100% of the contract amount. Maintenance Bond is required in the amount of 10% of the contract.
