Aggregate Hauling Contract:
Accepting bids for the following: Hauling approximately +/- 5000 Tons of aggregate material to Jackson Township stockpile. Proof of worker’s compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Envelopes should be labeled as “Aggregate Hauling Bid Forms”. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The municipality reserves the right to make an award on the basis of quotations received for any item or on the basis of the aggregate hauling total for all like items on which quotations are received.
