Hanover St. Carlisle, PA 17013. – -Copies of the documents may be obtained by mail or by calling Chad Stauffer at – – (717) 249-0789 x168. Proposed forms of contract documents and Work Write-Ups and Specifications are on file at the offices of the Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland. – -The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland reserves the right to reject – -any or any portion of the proposals. – -No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the – – deadline of proposal submittal. – -Also included in this bid packet are forms for W-9, Section 3, MBE and WBE, – -that must be filled out and submitted with your bid.
