NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BID PROPOSALS – -The Housing Authority of County of Cumberland PA will receive proposals for – -the replacement of 67 windows on the backside of 2 West Penn Street, Carlisle Pa 17013 Building. – -Bids will be received until, not later than 4:00 p.m. Wednesday December 1, – – 2021 at 114 N. Hanover St. Carlisle, PA 17013. – -Copies of the documents may be obtained by mail, Email @ – -cstauffer@CCHRA.com, or by calling Chad Stauffer at (717) 249-0789 x168. Proposed forms of contract documents and Work Write-Ups and Specifications are on file at the offices of the Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland. – -The Housing Authority of the County of Cumberland reserves the right to reject – -any or any portion of the proposals. – -No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the – -deadline of proposal submittal. – -Also included in this bid packet are forms for Section 3 and MBE/WBE that must – – be filled out and submitted with your bid.
