NOTICE SEALED BIDS WANTED Sealed Proposals for the WINDING HILL PARK NORTH STORAGE POLE BUILDING will be received online via the PennBid Program until 12:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Friday, March 13, 2020 by Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, PA. The bids will be publicly opened and read electronically, via PennBid’s website, at 12:00 p.m. (prevailing time), on Friday, March 13th, 2020. The work includes all material, labor, and equipment necessary for the design and construction of a 60’ x 80’ pole building constructed on a prepared site by Township Staff at Winding Hill Park North. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. All documents and solicitation details for WINDING HILL PARK NORTH STORAGE POLE BUILDING are available online and at no cost at www.PennBid.net. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid that may not be in the best interest of the public.
