Notice to Contractors
Sealed proposals will be received by Middle Paxton Township Board of Supervisors in their office at 10 Elizabeth Ave., Dauphin, PA, 17018 until 3:00pm, Monday, February 28, 2022 for the following roadway chip seal course work: Stoney Mt. Way, Meadow Ln, Singer Ln, Short Rd, Vesta Dr, Fried Dr, Erdman Dr, Middle St, Stoney Creek Dr, Maplewood Ave, Oakwood Ave, Elmwood Ave, Sprucewood Ave, Denison Ave with option on Primrose Ln and Linden Ln.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2022, 1:00 pm, at the Township Building. Attendance is not required.
Bid documents may be examined at the Township office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and 9:00-noon, Wednesday.
Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the amount of 10% of the proposal. A bank check or bid bond will be accepted.
Employees shall not be discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex, or national origin.
All proposals must be upon the form furnished by the Township. Bids will be opened and read publicly at 3:00p.m., on Monday, February 28, 2022. Middle Paxton Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
