PENTUCKET REGIONAL SCHOOL DISTRICT INVITATION FOR BIDS The Pentucket Regional School District is accepting bids for the repair and upgrade of its eight-lane outdoor track, fve tennis courts, and 1 pickle ball court. Project will be cleaning, repairing cracks, resurfacing, lining and painting. Area to be included may be viewed behind the Middle School at 20 Main Street West Newbury, MA. Bid packages are available by email only by contacting the District at the Offce of the Business Manager, glabrecque@prsd.org. Responses must be in sealed envelopes marked “Track and Tennis Repairs” and be received in the Pentucket RSD District Offces, 22 Main Street, West Newbury, MA 01985 on or before July 2, 2021 by 11:00 A.M. at which time they will be opened and read. All bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30, section 39M. Prevailing wage rates will apply and a 5% bid deposit must accompany all bids. The Pentucket Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action is in the best interest of the District.
