Sealed proposals will be received by Orange Township of Columbia County, PA, at 2028 State Route 487 Orangeville, PA 17859 until 4:30 PM, on March 3, 2022 to be opened on March 3, 2022 at 7:30 PM at 2028 State Route 487 Orangeville, PA 17859 for the following:
Pole Barn and Lean-To
Perform approximately: Building: Contractor will furnish and install 35’L x 33’W x 14’H pole barn style building to be placed on top of existing concrete pad. Lean-to: Contractor will furnish and install 40’L x 18’ W x 12’ H Lean-to with metal roof and three open sides Contractor will pour and finish 6” concrete pad with fiber under lean-to.
Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at project location Orange Township Municipal Building, 2028 State Route 487, Orangeville, PA 17859 on February 24, 2022 at 9:30 A.M.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 Applies to project.
