REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Cooper’s Ferry Partnership (CFP), n/k/a Camden Community Partnership, is seeking a qualified firm to perform professional construction management and inspection services for the N. 7 th Street Gateway Streetscape Enhancement Project in Camden, New Jersey. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) package will be available via email at no cost from Kathy Cullen, Project Manager at kcullen@camdencpinc.com . The submittal date for Proposals is August 18, 2021 at 12:00 pm (noon) at which time the proposals will be opened and read publicly. This deadline is firm. Any submission received after the deadline is invalid and will be returned unopened to the Bidder. The August 18, 2021 RFQ opening will be available remotely via Zoom. CFP encourages prospective proposers to deliver their RFQ before the designated date and time of the opening via certified mail or overnight delivery. Proposals should be delivered to: Kathy Cullen, Cooper’s Ferry Partnership, 2 Riverside Drive, Suite 501, Camden, NJ 08103. Any questions should be submitted in writing via email only to Kathy Cullen at kcullen@camdencpinc.com by 12:00 pm (noon) on August 5, 2021. Any questions submitted thereafter will be precluded from consideration. All Bidders must comply with the mandatory requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-3.1 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 regarding Affirmative Action responsibilities of contractors. This proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with the N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.5 et seq. CFP reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
