PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Project: Pine Hills Pump Station Emergency Generator Replacement: Project generally consists of the removal of the existing emergency generator and all related equipment, minor modifications to the existing pump station building, providing and installing a new sound attenuated emergency generator outside of the pump station building on a concrete pad, and site modifications and restoration as required by the project. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online, at no cost, at pennbid.procureware.com. A pre-bid meeting followed by a site visit will be held 10 a.m., prevailing time, Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at the Owner’s address given above. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting and site visit is not required, but it is recommended. Questions will be accepted until 2 p.m., prevailing time, Thursday, July 1, 2021. All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry.
