PUBLIC NOTICE PITTSTON TOWNSHIP SALE OF 2013 DODGE DURANGO POLICE SUV CANINE UNIT 2017 FORD POLICE UTILITY VEHICLE COMPLETE WITH 10-8 EMERGENCY SERVICE UPFIT SEALED BIDS will be received at the OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY, TOWNSHIP OF PITTSTON, 421 BROAD STREET, PITTSTON, PA 18640 until 9:30 AM Local Time, February 10, 2023 and then publicly OPENED AND READ ALOUD at 10:00 A.M. for the sale of 2013 Dodge Durango Police SUV, Fully equipped for Police Canine AND 2017 Ford Police Utility Vehicle complete with a 10-8 Emergency Service Upfit. The Township reserves the right to reject any and/or all bid. All bids shall be accepted on the condition that the payment of the purchase price is paid in full with Certified Check made payable to the Township immediately upon notification of acceptance of bid.
