BID NOTICE For Professional Engineering Services Mount Carmel Borough is seeking sealed bid proposals for an engineer to perform engineering services associated with the construction of a 60×60 pole building garage with all utilities (heat, electric, running water, sewer etc.) at 10 W. 8th Street. Proposals will be received at the Borough Office, 50 W. Third Street, Mount Carmel, PA 17851, until 3 p.m. on Feburary 13, 2023. Bids will be opened on February 13, 2023, at 7 p.m. during the Mount Carmel Borough Council public meeting. Bidders may obtain the forms and specs at the Borough office, during normal business hours 8 a.m. To 4 p.m. or by contacting Edward T. Cuff III at 570-339-4486 or edcuff@mountcarmelborough.org.
