MOUNTAIN STATES EARLY HEAD START (MSEHS), A PROGRAM OF JANNUS, INC.
INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR MECHANICAL UPGRADES TO CD””‘A & RATHDRUM FACILITIES
MSEHS is soliciting bids for mechanical upgrades to the Coeur d””‘Alene facility located at 411 N. 15th, Ste 200 Coeur d””‘Alene, Idaho and the Rathdrum facility located at 14790 N. Kimo Ct, Rathdrum, Idaho. Sealed bids will be received by MSEHS Executive Director at 411 N. 15th, Ste 200 Coeur d””‘Alene, Idaho until 2:00 PM Pacific Time on August 18, 2021. This project is being funded by the Federal Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
The Request for Bid and contract documents are available online at: www.abadanplanroom.com.To be added to the official plan holders list and ensure notification of addenda, bidders must register by downloading the Contract Documents (at no charge) or by purchasing hard copy documents (at bidder””‘s expense) from the plan room.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 05, 2021 at 9:00 AM at the Coeur d””‘Alene facility. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. Questions regarding this procurement should be addressed to:

Prospective bidders are required to abide by MSEHS””‘s general instructions to bidders. All Bids must be received on or before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, August 18, 2021. MSEHS reserves right to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids.
Bids shall be submitted (either mailed or delivered) in a sealed envelope to: Mountain States Early Head Start: MSEHS Executive Director at 411 N. 15th, Ste 200 Coeur d””‘Alene, Idaho. The submitter””‘s company name, bid procurement title and the words, Sealed Bid, must clearly appear on the face of the bid package.
The successful bidder shall comply with all applicable equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations. The successful bidder shall also certify that it is not on the Controller General””‘s list of ineligible contractors or otherwise debarred from contracting by any federal, state or local public entity.
