REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL MIDDLETOWN BOARD OF EDUCATION Sealed proposals, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Middletown Board of Education, Room 4, 311 Hunting Hill Ave., Middletown, Connecticut 06457 will be received until 12:00 PM EST on May 05, 2021 for the following: RFP# 2021-02 CONSULTING SERVICES TO PERFORM A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR NEW ELEMENTARY SCHOOL FOR THE MIDDLETOWN BOARD OF EDUCATION The Middletown Board of Education is seeking Proposals for Consulting Services to Perform a Feasibility Study for a New Elementary School to include the pre-design, design, and construction administration services. The Consultant will be evaluated and selected based on their technical competence, their experience on similar projects, qualifications and experience of key personnel and references. The Consulting Architect must be licensed in Connecticut. A Pre-proposal meeting will be held at Macdonough Elementary School, 66 Spring Street, Middletown, CT. on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 10:00 am. Attendance at the meeting is not mandatory; however, it is recommended.
