REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS LEGAL NOTICE Amity Regional School District No. 5 invites proposals for the following: · AHS Parking Lot Replacement Phase III, Under Request for Proposal, Amity #2021-6 Sealed proposals due no later than 11:30 A.M., Wednesday, May 26, 2021 Proposal specifications may only be obtained on the State of Connecticut CTSource bid board website under State Contracting Portal https://portal.ct.gov/DAS/CTSource/BidBoard and will be available starting 11:30 A.M., May 6, 2021. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Director of Finance and Administration, District Office, Amity Regional School District No. 5, 25 Newton Road, Woodbridge, CT 06525. Amity Regional School District No. 5 reserves the right to waive errors in any proposals, to accept other than the low bidder, and reject any or all proposals at its discretion.
