REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a fair and open process, the Lackawanna County Department of Planning and Economic Development is seeking from qualified consultants with the capacity to prepare and complete a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)- approved Lackawanna County Hazard Mitigation Plan Five-Year Update to fulfill federal, state, and local hazard mitigation planning responsibilities, and Historic & Cultural Resources and Manmade/Technological Hazards Annexes to be included with the Five-Year Update. Sealed proposals will be received by the Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners, c/o Brian Jeffers, Chief of Staff, at its offices at 123 Wyoming Avenue, 6th Floor, Scranton, PA 18503, (570) 963-6800, on Friday, March 10, 2023, no later than 10:00 AM, prevailing time. Proposals will not be accepted after that date and time.
