REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS 23091 OPM SERVICES FOR CITY PROJECTS AS NEEDED Pursuant to MGL c. 149, the City of Gloucester is seeking qualifications for professional OPM Services as needed. The scope of work includes providing advice, consultation and oversight with construction. The RFQ package will be available on Jan. 25, 2023 by emailing purchasing@gloucester-ma.gov or at the Office of the Purchasing Agent. Proposals must be received and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than Feb. 15, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept, that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.
