ROUTE 56 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

TOWN OF RUTLAND ROUTE 56 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT RUTLAND, MASSACHUSETTS ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the “Route 56 Sidewalk Improvements Project” will be received by the Town of Rutland – Department of Public Works 17 Pommogussett Road, Rutland, MA 01543 until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 3, 2021 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as “Route 56 Sidewalk Improvements Project” The work consists of sidewalk reconstruction on Maple Avenue, including new wheelchair ramps, curbing, crosswalk improvements, and the demolition and construction of a retaining wall. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
