STRATEGIC PLANNING SERVICES
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Pacific Time, October 12, 2021, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, for Strategic Planning Services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. A digital copy must be submitted via Drop Box at the following link:
