STRATEGIC PLANNING SERVICES
Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 PM, Pacific Time, October 12, 2021, by the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), 1230 W. Boone Avenue, Spokane, Washington 99201, for Strategic Planning Services in accordance with the specifications and conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (RFP) package. A digital copy must be submitted via Drop Box at the following link:

RFP packages may be obtained by contacting Kimberly Smallwood, Procurement Coordinator, via email at ksmallwood@spokanetransit.com or by calling (509) 232-6301. One hard copy original shall also be submitted by the due date to Kimberly Smallwood at the above address and are to be marked:

STA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive minor informalities and irregularities in the proposal submission process, to negotiate with any proposer, and to accept proposals that are considered to be in the best interest of STA.
