The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit’s (CSIU)

The Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit’s (CSIU) Keystone Purchasing Network (KPN), a national public sector purchasing cooperative is soliciting sealed bids for Indefinite Quantity Construction (IDIQ) Services to all current and potential KPN Members in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bids will be received for General Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Civil work in eleven (11) regions across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bidders may bid one or more categories of work, in one or more regions. Two webinar Pre-Bid Meetings will be held on October 26, 2021 @ 10:00 AM Eastern Time, and October 28, 2021 @ 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

The bid deadline is November 16, 2021, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Bids shall be received electronically. Interested bidders must register to access and secure the bid documents online at kpn.ionwave.net. There is no charge to register. Bids will be publicly opened on November 16, 2021 @ 1:00 PM Eastern Time at the CSIU Main Office, 90 Lawton Lane, Milton, PA. However, in the case of an emergency, or, in the CSIU’s discretion, in the interest of public health and safety, and as permitted by applicable law, the CSIU may instead broadcast the opening of bids via teleconference or video conference. All bids submitted are valid for acceptance by the CSIU and may not be withdrawn for a period of at least sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The CSIU reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
