The City of Lawrence, the awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for interested in Lawrence Robert Frost Elementary school boilers replacement, the work of the contract includes but is not limited to the replacement of the existing boilers and hot water heaters in the mechanical room, including associated mechanical electrical and plumbing work, additionally replacement of existing exterior exhaust and intake louvers with a new sheet metal plenum and dampers and new concrete housekeeping pads for new boiler pumps and expansion tanks. Bidders may obtain bid documents on line via www.projectdog. com on Wednesday April 14, 2021 at 11 :00 A.M. using Project Code 843157 in the project locator box and selecting “Acquire Documents”. A pre bid walkthrough will be held for all interested bidders on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 11 :00a,m, located at Robert Frost Elementary School, 33 Hamlet Street Lawrence Ma, Pre-bid attendees must bring their own masks and writing implements.
