TOWN OF CHELMSFORD DPWINVITATION TO BIDMILL AND OVERLAY The Town of Chelmsford, Massachusetts solicits sealed bids for the following: Mill and Overlay: Pavement milling; asphalt berm and granite curb removal and installation, asphalt paving, restoration. GENERAL PROVISIONS Interested parties may obtain Bid Packages beginning 2/1/23 at 10:00 a.m. from the town’s website: chelmsfordma.gov/112/Request-for-Bids All bidders must be MassDOT prequalified. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid. This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford. BID SUBMITTAL Bids will be received at the DPW Facility, 9 Alpha Road, Chelmsford, MA until 2/23/23 at 10:00 a.m.at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
