Garron, Town Administrator March 2021 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BID #21-07 MUNICIPAL NON-UNION WAGE AND CLASSIFICATION STUDY Acceptance Date: 11:00 am Thursday, April 1, 2021 Sealed bid proposals, plainly marked, “Bid #21-07 Municipal Non-Union Wage and Classification Study for the Town of Hooksett, NH” on the outside of the mailing envelope as well as the sealed bid envelope, addressed to the Administration Department: André L. Garron, Town Hall, 35 Main Street, Hooksett, New Hampshire, 03106, will be accepted until Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 11:00 am. When all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid packages may be obtained from the Town’s web site: www. hooksett.org, or by contacting the Administration Department at the above address, or by calling Donna Fitzpatrick, Human Resource Coordinator, at (603) 268-0060. Proposals will be evaluated and the successful carrier/broker will be determined and announced at a Town Council meeting following the due date. The Town Council reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, waive formalities and to select the carrier and benefit options that best meet the needs of the Town and its employees. The Town reserves the right to select and terminate any servicing agent, agency, company or administrator.
