Request for Proposals Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 149, Section 44A-44M, the Town of Shrewsbury (“Town”), the Awarding Authority, is soliciting proposals from responsible and eligible firms for Building Commissioning Services for the new Police Station.
Electronic copies (.pdf) of the Request for Proposals will be made available at no charge, beginning on May 5, 2021, and may be obtained at Shrewsbury Town Hall, Public Building Division and via the Town of Shrewsbury Website (www.shrewsburyma.gov), via Public Records, Bid Notices / Bid Awards. Paper documents may be obtained upon request. Questions or questions related to submitting a response to the RFP should be directed as further indicated in the proposal package.
Responses are due not later than Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM, and shall be delivered to the following:

The Town of Shrewsbury will not be responsible for delays in receipt of the bid packages by courier or overnight delivery services. A drop-box is provided at Town Hall for receipt of proposals. No late, e-mailed, faxed, or conditional packages will be accepted.
