TOWNSHIP OF BENSALEM 2400 Byberry Road Bensalem, PA 19020 NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed proposals will be received at the Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020, until 2:00 PM on July 27, 2021. The bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM, same day, for the following: Bensalem Senior Center Generator Specifications, bid proposal forms, contract form and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Bensalem, Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Questions should be directed to the Township Facility Manager The successful Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Bid is subject to Section 3 requirements of the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope, marked on the outside “BID PROPOSAL FOR Bensalem Senior Center Generator Bid” along with a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid proposal. Bensalem Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, or take such action as it may deem to be in the best interest of the Township and as may be permitted by law.
