Rare Hurricane To Tropical Storm Hilary Moves Into California After Initial Landfall Batters Mexico And Baja

United States Of America – As of Sunday Hurricane Hilary was losing some strength and downgraded to a Tropical Storm but still is severely dangerous. As it battered Mexico and the Baja region it traveled Northeast into California and West Coast. Effects and damages are expected to reach inland States Arizona, Nevada including possible other Northern States above as high winds with extreme rain rates soak and flood.

California, with already susceptible unstable grounds, from the previous storm over the winter and the rarity of flooding in high population cities like Los Angeles make the threats very real for people.
