CITY OF DENISON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) for Mobile Restroom Trailer The City of Denison, or the “Owner”, is soliciting Proposal(s) for the purchase of mobile restroom trailers which can be deployed with a 3/4 ton gas truck to community events. Proposals will be received on or before 10:00 AM on Monday, January 6, 2022, by the City of Denison. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in the procedure, to accept only part of a proposal (in the event of multiple-item proposals) and to accept the proposal that the Owner considers to be in its own best interest, without regard to whether or not such proposal is the best price received. Bid proposals must be in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the Owner. No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of fifteen (15) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of proposals without the prior written consent of the City of Denison, Texas.
