City of Somersworth Request for Proposals PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM The City of Somersworth is seeking business development proposals from organizations for photovoltaic systems located on City owned properties to develop community solar projects pursuant to the New Hampshire Group Net Metering statute, RSA 362-A. Sealed, written proposals will be received at the Somersworth City Hall, Attn: Scott A. Smith, Director of Finance, One Government Way, Somersworth, NH 03878, until 2:00PM, November 4, 2021. The City reserves the right to accept and/or reject all proposals determined to be in the best interest of the City.
