CTUIR is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Design-Build Project Teams interested in providing Progressive Design-Build services for the proposed Timíne North multi-family housing project.

Notice to proposers All solicitations shall be:

“”¢ Hard copy submissions or electronic formats other than PDF will not be accepted.
“”¢ Email to Shandiin Yessilth, Wenaha Group Project Manager at shandiiny@gmail.com
“”¢ The subject of the email shall read:

“”¢ If a response is not legible, CTUIR may determine that the proposal is non-responsive.
“”¢ All proposals shall be in the format requested and/or furnished by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, herein after referred to as CTUIR, or they may be rejected by the CTUIR.
“”¢ Each proposal pdf package will consist of:
1. Schedule, Scope of Work and Specifications
2. Proposal Terms and Conditions
3. Proposal Forms and Attachments
4. Vendor Checklist
