HIDALGO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT
BID NOTICE
The Hidalgo Independent School District is now accepting competitive sealed bids on the following categories:
Janitorial Supplies & Equipment Bid # 20-21-07
Gas Lubricants & Coolants Bid # 20-21-08
Monthly Replacement of A/C Filters Bid # 20-21-09
Bids will be accepted ONLY at the Hidalgo ISD Business Office located at 309 E. Flora Street, or may be mailed to Hidalgo ISD, P.O. Box 8220 Hidalgo, Texas 78557 to the attention of Mr. Guillermo Ramirez. Proper name and number should be plainly marked in front of the envelope.
Bids will be accepted until 2:00 P.M. on April 29, 2021. Bids must be made on the enclosed documents, faxed or e-mailed formats will not be accepted. Bids and proposals sent by overnight mail to the shipping and receiving office may not necessarily guarantee it will get to the Business Office on time and may not be considered legitimate. Therefore, it is the vendor’s responsibility to get the bid or proposal to its designated place before the date and time established by the District.
Detailed information including specific time and opening day instructions will also be provided as part of the specifications. Bids packages will be available for download at the Hidalgo ISD website. Any bids received after 2:00 P.M. on April 29, 2021 will be returned unopened. The Hidalgo Independent School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid or proposal most advantageous to the District.
