Invitation for Bid # 21-345 The Chicopee Housing Authority (CHA) invites General Contractors to submit sealed bids for the renovation of a three bedroom apt. to an accessible unit with new bathroom addition and renovated kitchen at the Cabot Manor Apartments in Chicopee. The work is estimated to cost $275,000.00. General bidders must be DCAMM certified in General Building Construction. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.l49 §44A-J and to Davis Bacon wage rates. Interested parties are invited to a pre-bid conference beginning at 22 Plante Circle in Chicopee on April 21, 2021 at 11am. THIS PROJECT IS BEING BID ELECTRONICALLY; HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Please review the instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. The bids are to be prepared and submitted at www.biddocsonline.com. Tutorials and instructions on how to complete the electronic bid documents are available online.
