LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Sheshequin Township will be accepting “SEALED BIDS” until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19 th, 2022 for 9,000 gallons of Diesel Fuel delivered to the Township Building. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the Municipality and include the required 10% bid bond or a certified check. Please indicate on the sealed envelope the title of the bid. Sheshequin Township hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted. All bids will be due and opened by the date indicated above. Bids will be awarded at the regular meeting of the Sheshequin Township Supervisors at approximately 6:45pm on Tuesday, April 19 th , 2022 at the Sheshequin Township office located at 1774 N. Middle Rd, Ulster PA 18850.
