PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will RECEIVE SEALED BIDS for Communication Tower Site Construction. Bid specifications may be obtained at the Emergency Management Office, 106 Tenth Street, Unit #36, Watkins Glen, NY, or by calling 607-535-8200 or by email bkennedy@co.schuyler.ny.us . Bid specs are also available at www.schuylercounty.us (Purchasing Dept / Bids & RFPs) and on the website ‘Empire State Purchasing Group’ (BidNet).
Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked “SEALED BID – COMMUNICATION TOWER SITE CONSTRUCTIONâ€? and be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature at 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY, 14891, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 29, 2021. Bids will be opened that same day at 2:00 p.m. and acceptance or rejection will be done at a later Regular Meeting of the Legislature.
The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
