NOTICE TO BIDDERS MUCKINIPATES AUTHORITY Sealed proposals will be received by the Muckinipates Authority, c/o Louis A. Pontarelli, Chairman, at the offices of H. Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc., 1343 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill, PA 19079 until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 and will be opened at the regular meeting of the Muckinipates Authority at 7:30 PM on that date in the Township of Darby Municipal Building for the following: Performing a Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey in Glenolden Borough, Delaware County, PA including all work and materials incidental thereto. Proposal forms may be obtained from the office of H. Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc., Civil Engineers, 1343 Chester Pike, Sharon Hill, PA 19079, upon making a deposit of $40.00 non-refundable fee. Notice is hereby given to the requirements contained in this Bid Package particularly to the various insurance requirements, PA. Prevailing Wage Rates, and the requirements for a payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract price. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Muckinipates Authority.
