Navarro College – Waxahachie Navarro College will accept Base Competitive Sealed Proposals until 1:00 P.M. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at the following address:
Navarro College A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at 1900 John Arden Dr, Waxahachie, Texas 75165 and proceed for a site walkthrough. A digital copy of the bid packet can be obtained from Amtech Solutions or Navarro College upon request by emailing wahidmanawi@amtechsls.com or jim.botkin@navarrocollege.edu. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals. Scope of work includes but is not limited to removal of SPF roof and replacement in kind as well as new modified bitumen roofing system as an alternate.
