80 Acre-Feet of Class A Irrigation-Use Water Rights from the Rio Grande Basin

NOTICE OF INTENTION
TO RECEIVE BIDS
Engelman Irrigation District (EID) hereby gives notice that it intends to sell 80 Acre-Feet of Class A Irrigation-Use Water Rights from the Rio Grande Basin.   EID will receive written bids for the purchase of these water rights at the EID Office, 12003 East Monte Cristo Road, La Blanca TX, until 5:00 p.m. on January 19, 2022. No bids will be accepted after the 5:00 p.m. deadline. The EID’s Board will publicly open, read aloud, and consider all written bids which are timely received at the monthly EID Board Meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. EID may award the sale to the highest and best bidder who submits a written bid; however, EID reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
