NOTICE TO BIDDERS INVITATION TO BID NO. 28-21 –

The City of Richardson shall accept sealed Bids for Invitation To Bid No. 28-21 Scottsdale Drive Street & Utility Reconstruction until Tuesday, April 20, 2021 prior to 2:00 P.M. Central Time. Bids shall be received in the Purchasing Department located in the City Hall/Civic Center Building at 411 West Arapaho Road, Suite 101, Richardson, Texas 75080. Bids shall be opened and read aloud on April 20, 2021 at 2:30 P.M. via Webex. A set of plans, specifications and bid documents will be available beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, April 8, 2021 @ 10:00 A.M. via Webex.
