The City of Richardson shall accept electronic bids through Periscope S2G at periscopeholdings.com or sealed bids for Invitation to Bid No. 41-22 Annual Requirements Contract for Printing of Richardson Today and One-time Mailers, until February 9, 2022 prior to 2:00PM Central Time. Bids shall be received in the Purchasing Department located in the City Hall/Civic Center Building at 411 West Arapaho Road, Suite 101, Richardson, Texas 75080. Bids shall be opened and read aloud on February 9, 2022 at 2:30PM ONLINE via Webex. Solicitation documents are available to be downloaded at no charge through Periscopeholdings.com. A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 @ 9:00AM ONLINE via Webex.
