bonfirehub.com until 1:00 P.M. on FRIDAYS. All bids will be publicly read at 2:00 P.M on FRIDAYS and can be viewed on the City of Dallas’ website at www.dallascityhall.com (see City Meetings). CIZ1968-2 – “Paul D Dyer Administration Building rebid to finish the remaining construction- Construction”
Park and Recreation Department, 1500 Marilla, Room 6FS, Dallas, TX 75201. Bidders are required to attend an onsite pre-bid conference held at 10031 E Northwest Hwy Dallas TX following city’s heath directives on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. (CDT), Followed by a walk-through of the partially complete building to verify the scope of work in person. Invitations will be sent to the project Team and all Plan Holders of record, ??based on the plan holders list (emails) which will be kept by Thomas Print Works. Bidders make sure to register with Thomas Printworks and get on the plan holder list. That list with email address will be the only basis for sending. A second site walk along with General Contractor’s Subs will be held on Friday April 16, 2021 at 9:30 AM. Additional visits may be arranged by appointments. Last day to ask question will be April 26, 3 PM. As soon as you procure plans, immediately send your e-mail and other contact information via e-mail to department contact Mahbuba Khan. Also direct all questions to these Mahbuba Khan.
