DATE: The deadline to submit sealed proposals is 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at the Edcouch-Elsa ISD Administration Building located at 920 W. Santa Rosa Ave, Edcouch-Elsa ISD Administration Bldg. P.O. Box 127, Edcouch, Texas 78538. District is not responsible for misdirected mail.

CRITERIA: The criteria for selection and evaluation of sealed proposals will be included with the specifications. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals when it appears to be in the best interest of the District.
