for Construction Manager-At-Risk
Responsive Educational Solutions, a Texas open-enrollment charter school, is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Construction Manager-At-Risk to perform construction services for two projects under one CMAR Contract. Project, one consists of the interior remodeling of a single story 19,863 SF building at 2419 East Haggar Weslaco, Texas. The project budget is anticipated to be $650,000. The second project is the interior renovation of a two story 32,573 SF building located at 2400 Daffodil Ave, McAllen Texas. The project budget is anticipated to be $750,000. The School intends to evaluate responses and select a Construction
Manager-At-Risk in a one-step selection process in accordance with Sections 2269.251-.258 of the Texas Government Code.

to be submitted is 2:00 pm, on May 4, 2021. Inquiries may be submitted
in writing no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the proposal due date. Sealed RFP responses will be opened at 2:00 pm, on May 4, 2021 at the School’s central administrative offices located at 1301 Waters Ridge Drive, Lewisville, TX 75057.
The School reserves the right to reject any or all responses to this RFP, to waive technicalities, to re-advertise or to proceed otherwise where in the best interest
of the School. Responses should be submitted sealed and plainly marked: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER-AT-RISK RFP. Late responses will not be accepted
and will be returned unopened.
