REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS
FOR TAX CREDIT DEVELOPER/CONSULTANT DEVELOPER
The South Texas Economic Development Corporation, Inc., is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified Tax Credit Developer/Consultant Developer interested in partnering with STEDC, Inc. or an entity created to act on its behalf to address STEDC, Inc.’s need to repair 128 Tax Credit units located at 1401 W. Anaya Rd., Pharr, Texas. The proposal can address applying for the 2022 TDHCA’s 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program as well as other financing programs that meet STEDC, Inc.’s needs at Valley View Apartments. Proposals must address a plan to refinance an existing loan with Lone Star National Bank. Submissions are due by no later than 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 15, 2021. A copy of the Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P) can be obtained from Andrea Roldan, Executive Director, STEDC, Inc., 1800 N.
