REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS City of Ector The City of Ector is soliciting proposals to provide engineering/architectural/surveying services for potential projects financed by the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. Please submit your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for the proposed services to the following email address: cityofector@yahoo.com. Statement of Qualifications must be received by the City no later than 3:00 pm on November 1, 2021to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals, as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards, and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
