PURPOSE: The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the services of qualified Engineering consulting firm providers to assist in the preparation of plans and specifications for stormwater projects, who will be eligible to provide services on an on-call basis for various miscellaneous County project work whose individual fee values are estimated to be less than $75,000.00 dollars.
